Windows services are little applications running in the background. Although you can’t see them, they’re processing information and managing tasks. If you want to end a process, you can use the task manager application, which allows you to end almost any program or service that’s running on your system. Nonetheless, there are some services that can be started and/or stopped and not just ended abruptly.

Monitor app

Monitor is a free software for Windows that helps you to manage your services. now you can check out the status of a particular service, but additionally, you can manage those services with a single click of your mouse. Start, stop, monitor and kill processes with the help of this little utility. If you want to, the program can be minimized to the system tray. With a right click on the icon of the application, you can restore the window or manage attached processes.

Monitor has a configuration window where you can select as many services as you want for the app to manage. With a button you can add or delete a process from the monitoring list. This app is really useful and easy to use.
