Microsoft has released two new visual themes for Windows 7. The theme files are a bundle of resources like wallpapers, windows styles, mouse pointers and icons. Ghost Town & Masquerade are the most recent additions to the family of Windows 7 Themes. Remember that Microsoft has a special website where you can search for Windows themes and download them for free.
The Ghost Town theme features a collection of sepia-tone photographies shot in California. This is the official description as provided by Microsoft:
Weathered, abandoned buildings lean in the relentless western sun: It’s the famed ghost town of Bodie, California, as captured in rich sepia tones by photographer Tracy Hymas in this free Windows 7 theme.

The Masquerade theme has a collection of wallpapers where colorful scenes can be seen. Carnivals, party and intense visual components make this theme a good option for those who like vivid colors and strong elements in visual compositions. This is the official description:
Bring a note of joy, mystery, and aristocratic decadence to your desktop with this free theme for Windows 7. Evoking Mardi Gras and the great Carnivals in Rio de Janeiro and Venice, the masks in this theme are elaborately festooned with feathers, bells, and glitter.
